Being a super skyper, the view was fantastic, yet check‑in and check‑out were inconvenient. I expected a front desk at the main entrance, but it was on the 4th floor basement. When I returned the room key at check‑out, I tried the same spot, but the elevator had no access to the desk. After a few attempts, I finally found it, but there was no staff there, so I just left the key and hoped for the best.

It looked as beautiful as shown and even surpassed our expectations; I also received a lovely gift. Frankly, there was nothing I didn’t like.

The location is good, but the ground staff were not friendly at all.

The new building was clean, but the security response and missing towels were inconvenient, and the location was a drawback.
깨끗하고 시설도 좋고 무엇보다 객실에서 보는 미포항의 뷰가 최고입니다. 해운대가 바로라 위치도 너무 좋습니다. 그리고 화장실 문제로 2번이나 번거로운 일이 있었는데 빠르게 대처해 주셔서 감사했습니다. 체크인 하는 곳이 지하 4층이라 찾기가 쉽지 않았습니다. 그리고 고층이라 엘레베이터를 꼭 타야 하는데 엘레베이터가 너무 덥고 냄새도 났습니다
