The room was warm when we arrived and the view was great.

The staff were helpful and the room was a good size, but we couldn't shower because the hot water was faulty, leaving my wife with very red hands after trying the shower head; having to shower in a separate room was disappointing after paying so much for the best room in the property. Not having internet was also not great, though I understand NBN hasn't reached there yet. Overall it didn't feel like good value for money, to be honest.

We liked the size of the room and its layout with a view of the ranges, but the bath was dirty and when we turned on the jets flower petals came out of them; in the shower there was no cold water, only boiling water.

The view and the room were great and very clean. Smokers outside my door made me ask them to move elsewhere, and the shower head was a mess that needed serious attention—water splashed everywhere.
