“Good for one night”
The location was good and the accommodations were acceptable, though the rooms were very close together; on the day I stayed it was very calm and quiet. I had booked a room with a single bed and a double bed, but when I checked in the receptionist asked for an extra 300 baht to add a single bed, even though the double bed was already in the room. I wasn’t told anywhere in my reservation that additional fees would apply, so I insisted with the lady, asking her to either cancel my reservation or waive the 300 baht charge for the single bed. After about ten minutes the owner agreed not to charge me the extra 300 baht, which I’m grateful for, but hidden fees like that shouldn’t be part of the booking. On top of that, the added single bed was a really uncomfortable military cot.

“Good stay and good value for money”
The staff were very polite, the room was cute, very clean, and spacious. Every day they provided fresh water. It was quiet even though the hotel sits on a busy street and has a bar. The bar itself is cool and great for billiards. I appreciated that a large bag could be dropped off for laundry for only 50 baht. There's a small pool, and overall it's good value for money. The only downside is that the beach nearby isn't suitable for swimming, which was a minor let‑down.
