“Leamington spa break”

The staff were friendly and polite, and the room met my needs, but I would have liked free orange juice at breakfast instead of just coffee.

“Excellent location and very good value for money.”

The location was great, the decor could use some TLC, but for what I paid it was really good value, and the only hiccup was an empty soap dispenser over the wash basin, so I used the shower’s hair and body wash instead.

“Value for money, does what it says on the tin.”

The location was excellent and parking was available at £5.10 for 24 hours 2 minutes away in Bath Place car park; the staff were very friendly, the overall cleanliness was fine except for the carpet in room 8 on my first night, the cooked breakfast was nice, and it was very good value for money overall. However, the carpet in room 8 was very dirty and worn, and I would have liked a limited selection of breakfast cereals and some orange juice to go with the cooked breakfast.

“Value for money stayed here 3 times now and will be back”

Great hotel great staff great location. Bit noisy in the morning but it’s on a main road so can’t really get away from that
