I booked a one‑night stay but never got a chance to check in because the host wasn’t there when I arrived.

I never saw anyone around while I was there, and the room’s lighting was harsh—just ceiling lights, no bedside or low‑level options. They also forgot to include tea bags, even though milk and sugar were available.
