We got bumped up to a better room when we arrived, which was a nice surprise. The place is just a stone's throw from the main square, but the street is so quiet you barely hear anything. There's a shared kitchen with a fridge, and the hot water works—no sweltering heat here.

The location is spot on, right by the park, and the place is spotless and comfy. Doña Luz is always friendly and helpful, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Hot water in the bathroom is a relief.

“Un très bon point de chute à Salento”

Stayed with Luz and she was super attentive. The kitchen and coffee were great for making sandwiches on the go or a quick meal. The place was simple and spotless. The only hiccup: paying by card added a 5% fee, which is common in Colombia, so good to know beforehand.

“We loved this hotel!”

Clean as ever, shower pressure was solid, and the big window gave us an awesome view. The location was perfect and the staff were incredibly kind. WiFi was a bit slow, but we barely used it so it didn’t bother us.
