The hotel sits in a very quiet spot with a lovely mountain view, and the reception staff were incredibly friendly. The food was excellent, and the location is great because it’s very close to Annecy.

“We really enjoyed our stay. We were made very welcome and the proprietors were very helpful with telling us where to vis”

The location of the property was excellent. The owners were so nice and welcomed us and our dog Charlie Brown. The food was very good and the bedroom very comfortable with a lovely view from the balcony. No walk in shower.

Good restaurant, good location. Poor soundproofing, bathroom looks like it’s from the 1940s.

“Très cher et décevant”

Very disappointing overall!! A manager who was welcoming and smiling. A quiet environment. A room that was completely different from the reservation, with old furniture, an outdated bathroom that didn’t match the photos, a sink and bathtub with rust stains. The site photos show recent furniture and a modern bathroom with a shower. The front door lock was completely broken (you don’t feel safe right from the start). And a very expensive breakfast with only the bare minimum. Room 105.
