The staff were friendly and clean, and they helped me with a note for my husband; everything was fine. The shampoos should be in proper containers.

The price-quality ratio is good, but the internet failed and they didn't fix it during my stay, so I couldn't watch TV.

The staff are friendly, yet we woke up with a rash and found several bedbugs on the bed that had already bitten us in various spots; I called reception around 23:00 but no one answered, I went down to reception and there was no one to help, I tried to peek out the street and we were locked in with a key =/, I managed to contact the manager's cell and after a few minutes someone came to change our room, but honestly the stay was not pleasant; we moved to another hotel that was more comfortable, the room size was much better, quieter, very clean, and the staff were still very friendly.
