“Very nice stay”

I had a very pleasant stay at this place. For the paid price, the rooms were absolutely good value and met my expectations. Outside, there is a lovely and well‑maintained patio area, which is very nice to relax in. Ashley, the owner, is truly fantastic, very kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything you might need. He really makes you feel welcome and well taken care of. Since I was on the ground floor the room was a little dark. Also, my bathroom was located outside the room. Although it was supposed to be for private use, occasionally it seemed to be used by others as well.

The location and the rooms were clean and functional. We did not appreciate the owner’s lack of flexibility and pleasantness. He counted every cent and we didn’t feel very welcomed.

We were greeted warmly by the staff and they happily allowed us to change our reservation. The location was convenient. We booked four rooms; two were fine, but the other two were too small, making it difficult to move around and leaving no space to store our belongings. During the day it was so hot that we couldn't stay in those rooms at all.

“Check your booking with facilities don’t rely on booking.com email confirmations!”

The property looked nice, but there was confusion with our booking and part of our group had to stay elsewhere—in a place that was not pleasant, and we only stayed there for one night while they refused to refund us for the other two nights. The cause of the problem is unclear, whether it was an issue with the property or something else. We had confirmation emails and everything, yet the place was full. I was traveling with my daughter, and we ended up in different locations, which was upsetting. I recommend calling a few days before arrival to confirm your booking. My daughter stayed one night and was happy with the facilities.

“Unforgettable Stay - Exceptional Treats”

I love this property; it's just a 2‑minute walk to a beautiful, shiny beach. The rooms are perfect—very clean, tidy, and comfortable. The staff are super friendly and take care of guests at an exceptional level. They served us delicious food that was super tasty, and we enjoyed unforgettable treatments from Sea You Surfers Nest. It's excellent value for money. I recommend it to anyone who loves beaches and authentic Sri Lankan hospitality. We'll definitely stay at Sea You again. Cheers! 😍
