My stay at this hotel was a letdown, with several issues that made it difficult to relax. The sheets were dirty, old, and transparent, which was a major turn-off. When we were moved to a new room, the sheets were yellowed, stained, and torn, although they had been washed. To make matters worse, the pillowcases were stained and had a strong, unpleasant odor. The lack of a hair dryer was also a significant inconvenience.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was marred by a lack of authenticity and a series of unfortunate events. Upon arrival, I was told that the hotel was not available for stay and that my booking was not recognized. To make matters worse, I was informed that the hotel was booked for the next two months, which seemed highly unlikely. Needless to say, I was left feeling frustrated and disappointed.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to the warm and welcoming staff at the reception. The comfortable bed and great location made my stay even more enjoyable. However, I found it quite puzzling that the hotel seemed to be perfect in every way, which made it hard to pinpoint any areas for improvement. Overall, it was a great experience, but I couldn't shake off the feeling that something was missing.
