Honestly, the service was the best I've ever experienced; they were so conscientious, and even though I've stayed at some of the world's top hotels, this place nailed it. The only flaw was that the late‑night tea room service was slow and we had already fallen asleep when it arrived. Other than that, everything was excellent.

The place is a gem. Surrounded by lush gardens and a handful of pools, it feels like a calm oasis. After checking out a few other spots around town, this one tops the list. The staff were spot‑on, going the extra mile every time. Little extras like homemade protein bars in the gym and ice cream by the pool made the stay extra sweet. We dined at both restaurants (the third is closed now) and were happy with each. I don’t usually write reviews, but this one had to get out.
