The hotel didn’t lend cutlery for dinner even though it has a kitchen, and I asked for extra pillows between the beds for my little baby but they didn’t provide them.

The coffee was excellent, but there was a lot of noise until 23:30.

The hotel is good, with attentive staff and great value; the breakfast is simple but tasty. My wife couldn’t access the internet—perhaps a speed issue, lack of a repeater, or too many people on the same network.

The staff were good, but there is no elevator.

The staff were very polite and competent, but the accommodation felt very old for the price, everything was very simple and dated.
