The room was filthy—cockroaches, used toilet paper, other guests' food, and the Wi‑Fi never worked anywhere.

The location is excellent. The staff lack empathy, friendliness, or a sense of service. The room was neglected and dirty. The bed was very uncomfortable and the blanket was stained.
