“Lovely stuff - Great hotel to tackle the Flandrien Challenge”

Lovely touches made the whole experience, and that’s what lifted it from 8 to 10 :) The idea of giving vouchers if a guest chooses not to have daily cleaning is great— I care about the environment but don’t want to hide cost cutting with eco‑friendliness— a huge plus and everyone wins in the end.

The staff were incredibly friendly, the facilities were top‑class, the beds were supremely comfortable, and the location is ideal for exploring Oudenaarde; there’s free parking right next to the hotel.

“Prima hotel met keurige prijs.”

The location is perfect with free parking at the front door, the reception was great, the room was tidy and clean, and there was a nice card on the table; the bar was also well equipped. However, there should have been two comforters on the bed instead of one large one.

“ideaal voor een verblijf in centrum van de Vlaamse Ardennen !”

The staff were very friendly, and the service at the bar or restaurant was pleasant; the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options, and as a disabled guest I felt well accommodated in the rooms.
