Broadway Mansions Hotel - On the bund

They never answered me! I was charged by Booking and by another app, and they won't refund me or respond. They took money from both apps; the money is in their pockets!

“Stile classico”

The location was very close to the Bund, the personnel were welcoming and helpful, but the mattress felt a bit dated.

The hotel is well situated with a short walk to the subway, the view from our windows was breathtaking, especially at night, the room was huge, very clean and beautiful, breakfast was excellent, and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

“Great location, spacious room, great gym and excellent service”

The place is great right on the Bund, next to Waibaidu Bridge, with a viewing deck overlooking the Bund; the room was spacious and there was a great gym. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the lobby crew who assisted with our bags, opened the car door, and helped with the elevator. The gym staff also helped us with the equipment. Maintenance responded quickly, arriving within 5 minutes when we needed help. The modern lobby also features some nice pieces of the hotel’s history. The rooms are a little on the older side, which is understandable given the hotel’s history, and the air conditioning was a bit loud, especially when trying to sleep.

The hotel is simply gorgeous! Located right in the city centre, the room was on the 16th business floor. Service was a perfect 10/10!
