Gordon is an amazing host, the art tour was great, the chef is excellent, the eco pool is superb, and the rooms are clean and comfy. Nothing to complain about.

“Green and great accomodation”

The service and hospitality felt truly personal and welcoming. The on‑site restaurant offers tasty meals and drinks at fair prices. Having a deep, cool eco pool that avoids the usual chemicals is a real perk. The restaurant also showcases a gallery of thought‑provoking, meaningful pieces that you can walk through. Thanks to Gordon and Christine; I’ll be back.

The food is great, especially the crepes which are delicious! The décor and furniture are nice. The location is far away, so you need a driver to get around.

“An amazing fine dining retreat in the jungle.”

What an amazing find ! Although we didn't get the room I booked we were not disappointed with the Mermaid Suite . The hotel is an amazing art museum with a plethora of paintings by Gordon's mum. It is also an amazing fine dining experience. Gordon the chef and owner and designer of this magical place is a culinary genius. The meals were not only delicious they were a work of art . The eco pool was divine leaving our skin silky soft . Not a lot we didn't like really !

“Feels like something I couldn’t afford - ultra posh atmosphere and fine dining, yet well within any traveler’s budget.”

Very chic—a restaurant, art gallery, and hotel all rolled into one. The food is exquisite, and the chef/owner is passionate about fine cuisine. The only downside is that our room still lacks a bathroom, though construction is underway to equip all rooms.
