Staff were super friendly, the room was huge with a balcony, and the ski bus was practically next door. Plus you can charge an e‑car right there.

We’ve been here before because the location is perfect for the Widderstein trail, but the first thing you notice is the rough exterior and the smell of cold smoke when you open the door. The stairwell is cluttered, with stuff shoved behind a sheet that’s barely holding together. The rooms themselves are big, clean, and the beds are comfy, but the balcony chairs have worn‑out cushions that look like they’ve been through a lot, and the floor is a patchwork of green rugs with concrete edges.
