Silverland Mây Hotel

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 – We had an amazing stay at Silverland Mây Hotel. The place is gorgeous, spotless, cozy, and situated in a superb spot. The staff, especially Lily and Amy, were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The afternoon tea was a delightful touch that added to the special feel of our visit. Every detail was beautifully arranged, and the overall vibe of the hotel was calm and elegant. We loved it and would definitely return. Highly recommended! ❤️

“Fave Silverland yet!”

This is our third stay at a Silverland hotel and the favorite so far. The staff were friendly, attentive, and polite. Rooms were clean and well kept. We especially liked the pool area, which blended indoor and outdoor vibes, and the rooftop bar. Happy hour prices were reasonable, and the spicy Ayam cocktail was a hit. A very loud noise from across the hall kept us from sleeping, so the staff moved us to a new room right away and arranged maintenance while we settled in. They also offered a free airport transfer because of the disturbance. Breakfast and afternoon tea were okay but a bit underwhelming, and most hot dishes were lukewarm.

All the facilities were well maintained, the service and guest attention were very good, and the breakfast buffet variety was excellent.
