The panorama from the hotel is breathtaking, overlooking the valley and the mountains, and the rooms are spacious and well furnished. However, the location was inconvenient because we had no transport; catching a tuk‑tuk or even ordering one via Uber or PickMe was hard. The supposedly state‑of‑the‑art shower had weak water pressure, and there was no fridge in the room.

The place offers a fantastic view and the rooms are clean, tidy, and roomy. The ambience is great for relaxing, singing, or chatting. The pool is clean and well maintained, and the on‑site café serves snacks, burgers, coffee, etc. I recommend this spot for anyone seeking a comfortable stay in Gampola.

The staff were not friendly or welcoming, which made us wonder if it was because we are locals. The service and attitude of the staff were disappointing.
