“Disappointed/angry not to be informed the swimming pool was closed. Breakfast was average!”
The location is fine, but it’s very noisy from the street below. I booked the hotel just 3 days before the stay, and they failed to inform me that the swimming pool was out of commission, which was one of the reasons I chose this hotel! I find this 100% disrespectful to the paying customer. Breakfast was totally average and the staff couldn’t keep up with demand at several stations. I ended up eating breakfast at the bakery across the street.
