“Exceptional”

Everything was flawless: the staff were excellent, the place was spotless, and the parking was secure. The only gripe is that they should add a stable DSTv or Netflix service; the current TV channels are rather dull.

We didn’t get breakfast there, but the spot is convenient and the bed was comfy—extra bedding would have been nice. The hot water was fine and the receptionist was great. On the downside, towels looked dirty, the towel rack was broken and unrepaired, bathroom windows lacked handles, and we realized the facility was still under construction.

“Shady business practices, avoid at all costs.”

The hotel is close to the airport, nothing else. They didn’t have the room I booked, tried to send me to a worse hotel, and after a lot of arguing they finally gave me a room that didn’t match the pictures. I was exhausted and accepted it. Later I got a notice that they moved my reservation to next year to dodge fees. Avoid this place at all costs; they run shady business.

The location is good and safe, but they should serve food on site.
