“Excellent, welcomed and attentive”
The staff were great, but the overall experience was just beautiful.

Location, room size, cleanliness and staff. The room soundproofing needs to be improved to meet higher standards, and the breakfast area needs to be more clean and tied

Front manager Moses was condescending, broke promises, and the valet was unprofessional; the room didn’t live up to a “5‑star” rating, we were denied a refund and left early because it was that awful. Everything was terrible—this was the worst stay I’ve ever had, and I’d rather stay at a Motel 6.
