The place is beautiful, the staff are super attentive and the restaurant food is delicious. There was mold in the shower, only one trash can, there was a pava but no cups. The outdoor lighting was mediocre and the key was complicated. The bed was a bit low, no ladder, and very high.

“Beau mais pas fiable”

The place sits beside the Chutes Park, with pretty lodges. We booked two nights and the hotel confirmed a late arrival. When we got there at 23:00 the hotel was closed, no one answered the phone or WhatsApp, neither the hotel nor Booking. We had to find another open hotel, pay a taxi to get there, basically a midnight expedition in Iguaçu. We had also asked the hotel for a taxi from the airport and a transfer to the Argentine falls, but we’re still waiting for a reply. The first night was refunded by not charging us for a dinner on the second night and a few drinks, nothing else. Booking responded seven days later, still no improvement; I’m still waiting for compensation.

Perfecte locatie voor een bezoek aan de watervallen! Ontbijt was niet super uitgebreid, maar genoeg keuze en smakelijk. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Mooi aangelegd terrein. Onderhoud van de bungalows. Heel veel zwarte schimmel in de badkamer. Net niet schoon: handdoeken en lakens met vlekken en nog wat viezigheid in de douche
