There was nothing good about it; I’ll never book through that site again, and I’ll make sure everyone I know knows to avoid this property because of the rude, confusing behavior. My son arrived with a reservation, was told it didn’t exist, and ended up sleeping at another hotel after I sent the Korean booking confirmation—no reason to use that platform again.
