The bathroom is large. The room lacked air conditioning, only had one small fan, the coffee machine used pods without sugar, there were no amenities, and it was too expensive.

“Non ritornerò in questa struttura sicuramente”

The room was clean and quiet. The entrance was very messy and dusty, the room got really hot during the summer— we had 31 °C last night with the windows open and only one fan. The dining area was poorly marked but we eventually found it. The supply of toilet paper and coffee was minimal, especially when other guests were staying in the same building.

“Orribile”

When we arrived, the key box wouldn’t open with the code given, and the owners sent us a different code for a room that wasn’t the one we’d booked because their communication was almost nonexistent. The photos I attached show the “fitness area”, a loft that’s been forgotten for years and would be cleaner and more organized. This feels like a scam that I hope Booking can fix.
