I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's cleanliness and its proximity to various attractions. The staff was friendly, and the hotel's overall ambiance was welcoming. However, I did notice that the rooms could have been more modern in design. Nonetheless, the hotel's strengths far outweighed its weaknesses.

I was charmed by the hotel's beautiful decor, which was a lovely touch with the teddy bears scattered throughout. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the reception staff were warm and welcoming. It was a lovely place to stay, and I appreciated the attention to detail.

“Half renovated”

The hotel's location in a quiet neighborhood with easy parking was a major plus, and it was also conveniently close to the city center. However, the air conditioning and heating system was woefully outdated, with only two settings: off or turbo fan, which made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. The reception staff, however, were kind enough to provide an electric heater, but it was still not acceptable for a hotel of this caliber.

“Un trato excelente, y comodidad asegurada”

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional, thanks to the exceptional service from the staff, the beautiful decor, and the convenient restaurant located right next door. The food was delicious, and the breakfast was a highlight of my day. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and its proximity to IFEMA made it an ideal choice for my business trip. I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my stay.

The hotel staff were absolutely wonderful, but unfortunately, the lobby was overwhelmed by a fragrance that was far too intense. It was a shame, as the staff's hospitality was truly exceptional.
