The order and friendliness were commendable.

“Altre volte stesso albergo , soggiorno migliore”

The bed was large and comfortable, but the fridge and bathroom air conditioner didn't work, and the air conditioner was noisy.

“Awful area, dingy dirty rooms, hotel and booking.com wouldn’t refund. We had to stay elsewhere and will never use booki”

The mattress had a urine smell, another had cigarette and pine cleaner odors so strong that I couldn't stay in the room for more than a minute.

“un posto dove non andare. Aversa è bella, ma vista dall'hotel sembra un paese del terzo mondo”

The place looked dirty and neglected, the staff were indifferent to guests and offered no basic service information (breakfast, Wi‑Fi, age restrictions). The room felt dirty and neglected, and the coffee machine was obviously broken.
