The room was spacious, the beds super comfy, and the breakfast was complete. I’d have preferred a shower stall over a bathtub.

The place is in a prime spot right in the heart of the city, the room faces the street, is spotless and comfy. The 10‑pound breakfast is totally worth it, very varied with plenty of everything. The only hiccups were that they didn’t give me the single pillows I’d asked for, and the air‑conditioner had no remote – I had to get up to turn it on and off.

A charming spot right in Avila’s centre, with a warm front desk crew and a nearby underground public parking. The only downside was the nighttime buzz from people outside the square.
