Everything we liked: location, room (free upgrade to suite), quick and courteous staff, summer and mobility card, bus connection, excellent breakfast, daily 3-choice menus, exquisite location near the cable cars to Schmittenhöhe, free bus every half hour to Zell am See center, and . everything. Great, highly recommended! The food was sometimes not warm enough.

Everything was wonderful, we really liked it, the hotel service, rooms very clean, friendly staff and of course the beautiful mountain scenery, we love it, see you soon.

The location and summer pass were good. The staff were rude and it doesn’t feel like a four‑star hotel.
