The staff upgraded my room for free, but there was no toilet paper and no bath mat.

The guys were super kind and helped us out in a big way, arranging a ride to Rishikesh even though there seemed to be none and they were very helpful. Thanks a lot! The small basic rooms are fine for a short stay.

I had a nice stay; the room was very good with a hot shower, the location is great for tourists, and the rooftop dinner is excellent with sunset views. The owner was very helpful and treated us like family, and we enjoyed tasty homely food from him.

The staff were friendly, the terrace was nice, and the ground‑floor room was cool even without air conditioning. The sink was constantly flooded with a finger of water, and the bedding, especially the blanket, was dirty.
