This hotel features an outdoor pool, spacious rooms with free Wi-Fi, and a deluxe continental breakfast. Each air-conditioned room includes a flat-screen cable TV, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee-making facilities, decorated in beige colors with wood furniture.

The staff were helpful and pleasant to chat with, but one elevator was out of service and the ice machines on the 1st and 2nd floors didn't work.

The bed felt comfortable, yet there was no hot water so I had to move to another room for showers, the AC was broken, and when I asked the manager for a callback nothing happened—just silence. The parking lot was littered with trash.

The hotel was undergoing renovation, so everything in my room was brand new and the staff were friendly; I had no complaints.

The location is good, but the breakfast was awful—so bad I can’t even describe it. The hotel, now IHG instead of Wingate, is in the middle of a renovation and everything feels messy. The room door is extremely hard to open; each time I try with the key it takes many attempts.
