The rooms were very pretty, but I couldn't find a hair dryer, and the towels weren’t replaced even though they were left on the floor.

Everything was quick and clear. Full instructions. We arrived. Checked in right away. No misunderstandings. We didn’t meet any staff and there was no need to resolve anything.

The highlight was that our son stayed less than 100 yards away, so everything was convenient. The only issue was the shower head that sprays in all directions, and the floor was very slippery—maybe add non‑stick decals—but otherwise nothing else.
