I stay there, and the staff are always excellent, friendly and obliging, especially Sweetie at reception and the duty manager; the guests are international and well known to me—James, Ryan, etc.—and nothing could have been better!

The room was spotless and the breakfast spread was impressive, though getting to the hotel from Chennai was tough because of ongoing road repairs on the highway. No other issues.
