The upgraded room was roomy and the balcony offered great port views, but the hotel lacked valet parking, a bellman, an ice machine, and other basic services you’d expect from a high‑end property.

The location is gorgeous, but parking is cramped.

Everyone was incredibly accommodating and did everything possible to ensure our stay was fantastic. The building and room were breathtaking, and the lactation room was absolutely divine.
