The place is in a great spot, but the breakfast was a let‑down: on the first day at 9 am everything was hot, while the second day only had plain rolls and bread. There was also a bad odor right outside the hotel and down the hallway.

The breakfast was great, check‑in was smooth and quick, and the friendly receptionist helped me with everything, so I found my room right away. I expected a better room; it felt more like a hospital room—linoleum in both the room and the bathroom. I’m not sure if that’s an Ostrava style, but I didn’t feel very comfortable; it really reminded me of a hospital room. The bed was very hard, so I couldn’t sleep for about two hours and then woke up every hour. There’s noise from the hallway and showers in other rooms, but it’s not terrible; it’s still a two‑star hotel, so you have to expect that.

“Za tuto cenu b to chtelo trochu zapracovat na detailech”

The room’s equipment is much nicer now than last time, but the shower didn’t even have a drop of soap.
