The hotel is centrally located, clean, and the staff are friendly.

Murat and the rest of the staff were the kindest and most helpful people I've ever met. The place sits near the airport bus station and close to Taksim Maden, and the room was spotless. Breakfast was excellent.

The Wi‑Fi worked, but the location is awful—way too far from Taksim. The staff took forever to do anything, especially to bring our bags and unlock the room, which caused us to miss our flight. No cleaning was done in the rooms, and both the bathroom and the room itself were ridiculously small.
