nothing. I strongly do not recommend this accommodation. I have been traveling solo for over 10 years, often staying in vacation rentals, and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. Any accommodation should have someone responsible for check-in and check-out. Even if there is no staff present, there should be a self-check-in option. I was driving and couldn’t check their messages in time, and they required me to arrive before 6 PM. I didn’t arrive until after 7 PM. Even worse, the property is tucked away in a narrow alley and was very hard to be found; the place was completely dark and no one was there when I was finally arrived; I tried to contract the property host many times but did not receive any response. I was unable to access my room. I had no choice but to spend the night in their restaurant, lying on the tatami floor, cold and hungry
