A really nice and welcoming guest house; Lia is a wonderful host and you’re always greeted by the dog Bella and a few cats, while the public spaces are spacious with a comfortable spot to relax in the evening.

Hospitality of the host is peak. They treated us with coffee and a cake. territory is full of green (plants flowers and trees). Too soft mattress for my back

Opening the iron door revealed a lush, beautiful space with a garden and uniquely painted walls, each hand‑painted by the wife, giving the rooms a warm, individual character; dogs and cats lived there, all friendly and perfect for animal lovers. The shared kitchen area was well equipped, letting guests mingle freely, and I even met travelers from various countries, which made the stay enjoyable. The owners’ thoughtful touches helped guests connect naturally, turning the place into more than just a lodging but a warm meeting spot. Laundry facilities were ample, with a dedicated space on the second floor to hang clothes, a real bonus for long‑term travelers. I had planned only one night, but the comfort was so great that I stayed for four consecutive days. I feel very lucky to have found a place I’d love to return to whenever I visit Georgia again, and I’m deeply grateful for the owners’ heartfelt hospitality. Thank you sincerely.

The hosts are kind, sincere, and open, just like the glowing reviews say; the location is great, quiet, and only a 10‑minute walk to the center, so I’ll definitely recommend this guesthouse to my friends.
