The structure is truly perfect! The location is great, especially for those heading to the Teatro Olimpico: it’s practically on the upper floor, so we could reach the show without any transport. The room was super clean, modern, functional and very tech‑savvy, with an incredibly comfortable bed. The value for money was also excellent. A special thanks to the staff, who were very kind and helpful: after check‑out they allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel for a few hours until our departure. Impeccable cleanliness, comfort and an exceptional location. Absolutely recommended!

The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood with many restaurants, beautifully decorated, clean, well‑kept, with a fridge in the room, shared area with access to cold water, coffee, tea, snacks. Getting to the centre by bus, close to stops.

The place was spotlessly clean and brand‑new, with a full tea selection, still water, sparkling water, espresso, biscuits (even biscoff!), and a minibar in the room that made everyday life easier. The bed was comfortable and the shower was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, answering right away; I even lost the entrance key but they replaced it quickly. The cleaning lady was very professional and kind. I stayed for 5 days and the standard of excellence remained amazing. On the downside, the scent in the common area was overpowering and made me nauseated and give me a headache; I often had to open the windows to reduce it. I think the two huge aroma bottles are too much for a relatively small shared space. I also didn’t like the bathroom products, which left my skin and hair dry. The location felt very residential and even deserted during peak season, with homeless people in the area, and you have to cross a bridge to catch the main bus.

Everything was practically perfect in every detail: the welcome, the availability, the stay, and the beautiful property. Nothing to complain about.
