I liked the facilities and the location a lot. I was very well attended at reception. When we left, I received a message asking if I had taken a pillow and a blanket (!) I found it super rude and they didn’t even apologize for the mistake.

Location and room size. It’s old and looks dirty. Bad breakfast.

Location, cleanliness, and reception. The morning coffee needs improvement. Faster service, food restocking, better table organization for the meals, more variety of dishes… the same things every day. The staff also need better training and the head chef too.

“Excelente custo/ benefício para ficar nos Jardins.”

The location couldn’t be better, just a block from Oscar Freire, and the room size was great, but the living‑room/kitchen area and the bathroom had a noticeable mold smell, while the separate sleeping room was fine; I stayed on the first floor.

“Thank you George V Hotel and staff for making our stay perfect.”

The room was flawless, stocked with every amenity we needed, and the staff were warm and helpful. The spot was spot‑on, close to shops, restaurants, and Av. Paulista. Everything was perfect.
