“Bad”
The property is in terrible condition now compared to when it was managed before. My family and I had booked the rooms in advance, but after checking them we decided not to stay and left for Nathia Gali instead.
“Waste of money waste of time”
The only thing good was the location. I feel they are using the name but not meeting the Shingrila standard.
The furniture shown was old and not what we expected. There was no proper Wi‑Fi, and breakfast was poor, with expired bread.
The room smelled bad, there was no Wi‑Fi, the phone extension didn't work, coffee was served in a broken cup, and the washbasin in the bathroom was broken. Even though I had booked beforehand and told the management, the room wasn't ready for a long time. Also, the walk‑in rate was almost 50 % lower than the booked rate, which was very disturbing. The tea I ordered tasted like boiled water.
