The hotel is fantastic in a unique location, rooms are clean, staff welcoming, and the view alone justifies the whole stay; the value for money is excellent for its position, so I recommend it 100%.

“There was nothing we didn’t like. Everything was perfect!”

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Duomo! The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Florence, making it very easy to explore the city on foot. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. We especially loved the complimentary refreshments. The free ice cream in a variety of flavours was a fantastic surprise and a real treat for the children — they could enjoy as much as they wanted! There was also delicious wine, a regional liqueur, sweets, coffee and tea available for guests. The hotel was very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Everything made us feel welcome and well looked after. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Hotel Duomo, especially to families with children!. There was nothing we didn’t like. Everything was perfect!

“Would definitely stay here again. A great location and wonderful staff.”

The location was prime and there was a lift. All the complimentary items in the cafeteria were also great, but the pillows were lumpy.

The reception was friendly and the location great, but the floor where the reception sits is a bit noisy.
