The stay was very welcoming, but I was surprised that they charged a card‑usage fee and didn’t just charge the exact cash amount needed for the payment; what should be paid is what the app shows plus taxes.

It’s the prettiest hotel I’ve seen in Panajachel; the area keeps me away from the city’s noise yet is close enough to walk or hop on a Tuk‑Tuk, the breakfast was delicious, the staff were very friendly and always gave spot‑on recommendations, though the pool was a bit dirty.
