Cleanliness was a highlight of my stay, but the pool situation was a letdown - they didn't even mention it in the ad, and it was basically unusable. The restaurant was also pretty limited, with not much to choose from. Still, the hotel's cleanliness made up for some of the other issues.

The staff here are super friendly and helpful, always willing to answer any questions you might have. The same goes for the owners, who are polite and make you feel welcome. However, I did find the villa rooms to be a bit on the small side, and the air conditioning wasn't doing a great job of cooling the room down - I think it's worth checking that out. It's a minor quibble, but it would be great if they could install a bidet in the bathroom too.
