“Extremely Disappointing Stay – Poor Communication & Unexpected Charges”

There was nothing I liked about this stay. The overall experience was extremely disappointing because of poor communication, unexpected charges, and uncomfortable room conditions. I want a full refund of the amount I paid. Almost everything about the stay was disappointing. The ₹1,000 security deposit was demanded at check‑in without any prior notice. The toilet emitted a constant bad smell during our 3‑day stay and was very uncomfortable to use. Snacks and cold drinks kept in the room were charged separately without informing us beforehand. Most importantly, there was a major communication issue about the complimentary dinner—the owner told us dinner was included, but we were later asked to pay for it and the owner denied having said it was complimentary. Overall, the unexpected charges, poor communication, and unhygienic conditions made this a very unpleasant experience.

“Awesome view”

The balcony offered an amazing view; it was so breathtaking that we spent most of our time there. The room itself was tidy and clean. However, the amenities in the room could use a lot more improvement if you compare them to the price.

We found nothing good about the property; it was overrated. The facilities did not match the listing, and the photos we saw on the booking app were misleading compared to the real ones.
