“Tudo ótimo”
Everything was great.

My stay was pleasant, thanks to the friendly and attentive staff who addressed all my queries, although I felt that some issues took a while to resolve. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the whirlpool left much to be desired, which was a letdown.

I appreciated the spacious room and the prompt service from the attendants. However, my stay was marred by a significant number of mosquitoes in the room, which made it difficult to relax. Furthermore, the room was too bright, and I was disturbed by attendants calling at the wrong hour.

The room I was given had only two outlets, one by the door and a non-functional one in the bathroom, which was frustrating.
Overall, my experience was good, but there were a few drawbacks. A major issue was a lamp on the balcony that remained on throughout the night, illuminating my room, despite having a sensor. I requested that the telephone operator resolve this multiple times, but it never was. Additionally, I was not pleased with the extra charges for certain items, like slippers that didn't even fit properly.
