The place is in a great spot and the staff were super friendly.

The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly, but the car park was not available and they didn’t let me know before I arrived, so I searched everywhere for parking and ended up paying double what I should have.

The restaurant was fantastic, though I wished there were towels in the gym and pool towels in the rooms.

The location was good and close to the river, but the staff weren’t very helpful, parking was awful, the room layout was odd with a tiny hallway leading to a window, and the taps behaved strangely.
