“Unforgettable!”
The guesthouse is connected by several bus routes to the city centre, and the buses run late into the night. It offers plenty of storage space (large fridge), heating, and simple cooking facilities (coffee machine, tea kettle, microwave, cups, dishes, etc.); there’s also a “tea corner.” The hostess, Parandzem Terzyan, is absolutely fantastic: kind, helpful, generous. The house is decorated with many original paintings and some batiks by the hostess and her husband, both quietly talented artists. She is ready to help guests with almost everything—booking taxis, providing phone connections, giving recommendations on what to visit, and so on. The small garden near the entrance, plants on the stairs, common facilities, and the presence of two friendly, well‑behaved dogs made my stay very pleasant.
