The staff were super helpful, with one guy at the reception counter speaking great English
The view from this place is just stunning, with a beautiful landscape that's hard to take your eyes off
We also enjoyed the fabulous indoor and outdoor onsen
The shared bath was also a highlight, with a clean and comfortable open-air bath

The place was quiet enough to be comfortable, not overly crowded, but the pamphlet was almost entirely in Korean and made no sense.
“A Sweltering Nightmare”
Unfortunately, our stay was marred by the sweltering heat in the hotel and our room. The air conditioning was completely ineffective, making it unbearable to be in the hotel or our room. Even after a refreshing bath, we'd be drenched in sweat by the time we got back to our room, and the air conditioning wouldn't let us adjust the temperature. Needless to say, we won't be back.
“A Room with a View, but No AC”
Our room was a great size and had a lovely view, but unfortunately, the hotel's air conditioning was completely ineffective, making it unbearably hot during our stay. We were expecting a comfortable and relaxing stay, but the sweltering heat made it impossible.

The facilities felt luxurious and upscale, and most guests were Korean, so I kept hearing greetings in Korean as I walked around; the dinner buffet was a 100 % Korean‑style spread with some unusual dishes. Unfortunately, two things disappointed me: despite it being this season the indoor pool was closed, and because the whole building uses central air I couldn’t adjust the temperature in my room, so when it got hot I could only turn the fan off, which was frustrating.
“Early Access to Facilities”
One of the best things about this hotel was that we could use the facilities before checking in, which was a lovely perk. Unfortunately, that's about all I can say, as we didn't encounter any other issues during our stay.
