Everything was great—service was top‑class, very friendly and caring. The location was convenient, and it was a place where you can sleep, relax, and recover. For my trip, this was the best choice.

Unfortunately, the room I paid for had an unbearable ammonia-like odor that I couldn't ventilate, making it impossible to sleep. The climate control didn’t work. After a while I asked for another room, but it had the same smell, just less intense. The reception staff also failed to tell us that there was no hot water, which is essential for a stay.
